The pool area is quite relaxing and well-maintained.

Despite staying for nine nights, the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The rules were excessive and seemed unfair, especially when they threatened fines for minor issues. It felt like they were only focused on making money rather than providing a good service.

incompetence

the location is decent, but that’s about it. ants everywhere, and the cleaning was non-existent. I couldn't believe the incompetence! I expected a room upgrade for the hassle, maybe a complimentary drink would’ve been nice. instead, I had to deal with waking up to a messy room! how very disappointing! I almost wanted to give a good review, but I just couldn’t.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our little one to run around. Plus, the poolside snack bar had super tasty options—we loved grabbing a quick bite there! Only wish the WiFi was a bit stronger. it kept dropping while we were trying to plan our days.

Target audience seeking decent but imperfect accommodation

The pool area was nice, yeah, and the bar was decent too! It was great to kick back there after a long day. the staff was like, super nice, helped with everything we needed! They weren't just robotic, you know? Made us feel welcomed!

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what we got.
